LOCAL DELIVERY
We are excited to be able to offer customers in a 20km radius of the CBD the option of local delivery for $3.95
SHIPPING
We will always do our best to have your order processed and ready to ship as soon as possible, but we are a small team and during busy periods there may occasionally be slight delays.
Standard shipping times are 4-8 business days.
RETURNS
We're sure you'll love your candle as much as we loved making it, unfortunately we are unable to offer returns due to change of mind however we are always happy to accept exchanges on products that have a manufacturing defaults or were damaged during shipping. Please contact ballaratcandleco@outlook.com with any questions or concerns.
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
